  • 400gtofu (extra firm)

Pasta, Rice & Co

  • 250grice (jasmine)

Instructions

    Cut the tofu, zucchini, and onion into equal-sized pieces.

    Alternate threading the vegetables and tofu onto skewers.

    Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the rice (jasmine).

    Serve the skewers on a bed of rice.
