Finely chop the onions, garlic, and ginger.
Wash and slice the collard greens into thick strips.
Sauté onions in a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
Add the collard greens and 50ml of water.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with flatbread.
