Filipino Chicken Adobo with Garlic Rice

  • 100mlsoy sauce
  • 80mlrice vinegar

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in soy sauce and garlic for 20 minutes.

    Brown chicken in a deep pan.

    Add remaining marinade and rice vinegar to the pan.

    Simmer covered for 30 minutes until tender.

    Cook rice and mix with sautéed garlic.
