  • 15mlwhite wine vinegar
  • 1bread (crusty)

Instructions

    Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then squeeze out all liquid thoroughly.

    Finely chop the spinach.

    Pulse walnuts, garlic, and vinegar in a food processor until it forms a thick paste.

    Mix the walnut paste with the chopped spinach until well combined.

    Shape the mixture into small round balls.

    Serve chilled with fresh bread.
