Thick slices of cauliflower roasted with garlic and herbs, served over a bed of fluffy hirse.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Slice the cauliflower into 2cm thick 'steaks'.
Rub steaks with olive oil and minced garlic; roast for 25 minutes.
Cook the hirse in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Fluff the hirse with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Place cauliflower steaks over the hirse and top with grated parmesan cheese.
