  • 6tortillas (flour)

  • 400gblack beans

Instructions

    Rinse and drain black beans.

    Lay out tortillas and sprinkle cheese on one half.

    Add black beans on top of the cheese.

    Fold the tortilla in half.

    Cook in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.

    Slice into wedges and serve with avocado.
