  • 200gbell peppers (yellow)
  • 10ggarlic

  • 100mlvinegar (red wine)

Instructions

    Cook the rice in water until tender.

    Sear the fish in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.

    Cut the onions and bell peppers into strips.

    Sauté the vegetables with garlic in a pan for 5 minutes.
