  • 2 tspdried parsley

Instructions

    Cook hirse in 400ml water until soft, about 20 minutes.

    Finely chop leek and sauté in a pan until soft.

    Mix cooked hirse, sautéed leek, eggs, flour, and dried parsley in a bowl.

    Form small patties with your hands.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry patties at 180°C for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.

    Serve hot.
