Preheat oven to 200°C.
Wash and trim asparagus. Cube potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Toss potatoes with a little oil, salt, and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
While potatoes roast, chop dill and parsley, mince garlic, and slice lemon.
Add asparagus to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Place salmon fillets on the sheet, top with lemon slices, herbs, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Roast for another 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and asparagus is tender-crisp.
Replace salmon with heart-healthy roasted cauliflower steaks.
