Instructions

    Grate the rotkohl, carrots, and mushrooms finely using a grater.

    Mash firm tofu in a large bowl until it reaches a crumbly texture.

    Combine the grated vegetables and tofu with breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, and nutmeg.

    Form the mixture into round patties with your hands.

    Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side at 180°C until browned and crisp.
