Vietnamese Lemongrass Tofu Rice Bowls

Fragrant tofu sautéed with fresh lemongrass and garlic, served over cold noodles or rice with plenty of fresh herbs.

  • 2 stalkslemongrass
  • 3 clovesgarlic

  • 400gtofu (firm)

Pasta, Rice & Co

  • 200grice

  • 30mlsoy sauce

Instructions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    Press the tofu to remove water and cut into cubes.

  3. 3

    Finely mince the lemongrass and garlic.

  4. 4

    Fry tofu in a pan until golden.

  5. 5

    Add lemongrass and garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes to release aromatics.

    Deglaze with soy sauce and toss until coated.

  7. 7

    Serve over rice.
